NYSC reabsorbs 16 treated for COVID-19 in Kaduna

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Kaduna State, has disclosed that 16 cadets posted to the state that tested positive for the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) have been treated and reabsorbed.

The Coordinator, Isah Wana, made this known, yesterday, after the Passing Out Parade (POP) of the corps members, noting that the 16 from the 1,500 Batch ‘B’ (Stream I) members were treated within the 21 days the orientation lasted.

Meanwhile, the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir el-Rufai, promised to provide adequate security for the corps members deployed to the state.

The governor, who was represented by the Commissioner for Human Services and Social Development, Hafsat Baba, assured of his administration’s readiness to secure the corps members.
